We are currently hiring for two roles:

1.  A qualified and passionate Business Development Executive to support our New Brunswick growth strategy

2.  An Office Manager to support our entire operation based in Bedford

To that end, we are seeking two individuals:

Business Development Executive - a strong self-starter to build our business in New Brunswick.  Supported by the Managing Partner and our strong Nova Scotia team, this person would ideally be based in New Brunswick generating lots of conversations, qualifying opportunities and driving business in this virtually untapped marketplace. 

Office Manager - an accountable administrative professional with expertise in the following areas:

• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation and payments
• All accounts receivable and payable functions
• Monthly reporting using Simply Accounting
• Continuous communication with Sandler principals on receivables and payables
• Continuous communication with CA as required
• Coordination of billing with contracts
• Year end in conjunction with CA firm
• Maintenance of files – both hard copy and e-copies of all accounting functions
• Payroll using Simply Accounting
• HST and Source Deductions
• Monthly corporate tax payments

On Boarding Clients
• Creating contracts
• Entering all pertinent information into
• On-boarding clients to Sandler Online
• Ordering and distribution of correct materials to each client
• Sending instructions and ensuring follow up and receipt of all requested assessments
• Communicate contract information to Simply Accounting and ensure billing and receivables are kept up for the term of the contract
• Managing training schedule on our website
• Setting up remote clients with Distance training login

Client Contact & Upkeep
• Maintain careful client contact information in Simply Accounting and
• Email participant training schedule updates
• Ensure Attendance Sheets are updated weekly
• Communicate Program Changes

Nice To Have’s
• Updates to website – creating and editing landing pages, adding/deleting content
• Managing our Social Media presence (Linkedin posts, Twitter updates)
• Newsletter coordination – working with the staff to update and publish our monthly newsletter
